Who is responsible
Helmframe is the controller of personal information collected through this website and related business enquiries. The public business contact route will be published when the Helmframe mailbox is activated.
Information we collect
If you submit an enquiry, we ask for your name, work email, organisation, service interest, current challenge and privacy acknowledgement. You may also provide your role, desired outcome and timeframe. An approved scheduling provider may collect the details needed to arrange a call.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, arrange a conversation, assess whether Helmframe can help and maintain reasonable business correspondence. The expected lawful basis is legitimate interests in operating and developing the consultancy and responding to prospective clients. Where a different basis is required, it will be stated at the point of collection.
How the form works
The website uses a managed security check before accepting a form submission. After a successful check, a transactional notification containing the submitted details is sent only to the authorised Helmframe recipient. The website does not intentionally store enquiry content in a database or write it to application logs. If verification or email delivery fails, the request fails closed and you are asked to retry.
Service providers and transfers
Approved providers support website hosting, security verification, transactional email and scheduling. Their identities and relevant privacy information will be added here before those public services are activated. Providers may process information outside the UK using recognised safeguards.
Retention and sharing
Business correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting engagement, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of claims. Information is not sold and is not used for advertising. It may be shared with professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your information; restrict or object to processing; and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. The public Helmframe privacy contact will appear before the enquiry journey is activated.
Analytics and cookies
The launch version uses no advertising trackers. Privacy-conscious, essential operational measurement may be used without creating cross-site advertising profiles. If non-essential tracking is added later, this notice and the consent experience will be updated first.
